Bio
I grew up devouring literary science fiction. It inspired me to pursue a career in science, and I never stopped reading, even in my adult years.
Today, however, I miss the abundance of work in which speculative science serves to drive plot and action. I’m dismayed that stories featuring hard science are becoming more difficult to find. In a world in which science imposes an increasingly enduring presence on our lives, how can this be?
Have no fear. I have a physics degree, and I’m here to help. I have now joined the ranks of today’s intrepid hard-core science fiction authors. Vampires with ray guns? Don’t make me laugh. We know how to suspend suppression of neutrino mass violation as a means to destroy entire solar systems.
Don’t get me wrong: stories about vampires with ray guns can be a lot of fun, and I have nothing against them. But if the mere mention of neutrino mass violation makes you long for something with more substantial roots in scientific speculation, then I think you’ll like my stories.
